Ameenah Ramdin

Ameenah Ramdin is currently the Managing Partner of BDO & Co. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA). Prior to taking the role of Managing Partner, Ameenah was the Head of Audit and leads the Financial Services sector. With over 25 years of experience in Audit and Assurance, Ameenah holds the experience and brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the audit profession. Ameenah has led most of our largest financial services clients in both advisory and assurance space and has been the Engagement Partner of the largest bank in Mauritius as well as other banks and non-banking financial institutions both in Mauritius and the region. During her working experience with BDO & Co, she has been involved in various non-assurance engagements, acting as transaction advisor for private and public clients on multiple and varied assignments including Valuations, Due Diligence/Feasibility Studies, Financial/Corporate restructuring, and IPO as well as SEM/DEM Transaction Advisory.
